not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Sorry to hear you are not doing so well tonight @BlueBay . Perhaps your desire to be back in hospital, is kind of a security blanket type thing? As for your earlier post where you sounded so disappointed that you did not achieve everything you had set out for yourself for the day ... Look instead of what you DID achieve. You ticked off several things from your list. I celebrate those achievements on your behalf. Well done. And achieve a bit more tomorrow. Remember .. little steps ... they all add up.

Re: not feeling good

I'm so exhausted. Last night I slept all night and slept in until 7.45am. This is unusual for me. Yesterday I woke up at 8.30am. I'm feeling very slow and no energy. I think it's one of my new meds.
Went to the gym. I wasn't going to go as I was nervous. But it was good. Only 4 people and all a lot older than me. I did a workout as what the instructor showed me. A lot of strength wirk for my hip.
I cleaned the bathrooms and toilets this morning. I was vac the house but my back is sore after half way. So I've stopped and having a coffee.
hope you are all ok.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

You do have quiet lot of events happening in your week - there is certainly no need to feel as if you will be isolated while you are not working - not yet anyway

But about wanting to be back in hospital - that is BPD talking - my son certainly had something like that happening

When he was an in-patient in a children's psychiatric unit he wanted to come home all week then when he was at home he wanted to go back to the hospital at the weekend - I have posted about this before because the situtation is called "transitional ambivalence" and I get it - it seemed you were safe there - but in reality your emotions flucutate so much it is really unsettling

Just work from day to day and do what you can - I am glad you went to the exercise class - and it was okay - that is a good thing

I know about bursitis in your hip - it's best to just do what you can - the housework will keep - I can assure you it will not go away if you don't do it - what a pest it is though

You are doing exercises with a professional - that is really good
