not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @BlueBay

It's uplifting to read your post and this list of what is apparent to you about your life - it would be great to copy that and pin it up where you can read it when you get home and hold onto the way you feel about your future after so much stress has been moved out of the way

It's encouraging

And having such and understanding psyche must make a tremendous difference too and also having your Mum ring each day and being able to talk about things with her - that must make a difference -

I am happy for you - you are right - you have time to look for a job and selling your house - these things are normal issues people face but you were so stressed out with everything you couldn't see

And you had a bad patch that's behind you now and learning resilience is knowing you can managed tough stuff - and you did!!

What is wrong with me ?

i had lunch at hone with the kids. I made a lasagna and we had a nice lunch. I played with Ayla. They left and I came back to hospital.

ive been very flat and depressed - don't want to talk to anyone. I put my pjs on and fell asleep. Didn't want to go for dinner but I did snd ate lettuce cheese and a little bread roll.
I didn't want to talk to anyone so I left soon as I finished.
I feel I want to hibernate in my room and not see or speak to anyone.

i don't know what's going on.

Re: not feeling good

Maybe you just need to fill up your soul sack ... giving energy ... you did a lovely lunch, and we all probably can guess that hospital food is not as good. Whatever it is you need, it does not matter, its your time in hospital to try and meet those needs, just as they are. You do not have to fit into their system.

I think I worked out why I'm feeling terrible.
I came home from hospital for 5 hours. I raced home put my load of washing on. Then washed a blanket. Made two trays lasagna. Cut fruit up for platter. Set the table up.
By this time I was stuffed. My back and hip was sore.
hubby standing there watching me make lasagna. I cracked the shits and said if you want to wash my car just go. You're annoying me standing there.
kids came except younger one. He was out playing tennis but he knew what time lunch was.
he was late so i decided stuff this we're eating.
Instead of everyone sitting around talking older son goes off with his plate sbd goes on his phone. Younger son decides to come home snd eats.
Daughtets partner goes in lounge room on his phone. Hubby around tidying up. I'm playing with Ayla and d helping.
It's this generation that have their bloody phones on them 24/7.
when older son walked in I had to ask fir a hello kiss whiles he grunts. WTH is wrong with my kids.
so after my D left I said to hubby I'm going back. And I left older son on his bed sleeping. Not sure if he worked late last night. I just want my family close but I'm thinking it's all going to seperate one day.
I came from a strong close fsmily and I feel used today.
my body is aching and I'm crying.
Really disappointed. I bet if I had a broken arm or leg they would all be helping me.
