not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @Jupiter @Owlunar @Former-Member @Gazza75 @Shaz51 and others

I saw my gp and one look at me he knew I wasn't good. I didn't want to be there. I wanted to leave. But he kept me there fir a while. He said he truly feels sorry for me and the way I'm feeling atm. He stressed I need to take my meds. He could see my anxiety rising my emotions in overdrive. He truly cares like all of you do.
I am so appreciative of all your support and care.
my dictir was concerned I wasn't thinking straight and I could be a danger at hime. I told him I was just coping. He wants me to call him in the morning.
my emotions are everywhere. My anger and there is a lot still locked away that is coming out.
when I got home I was still a mess and rang lifeline.
then hubby came home and I told him how I am. He asked if i was ok and I said no. Then I started to cry and he says "it's ok". I got angry and said it's not ok. I explained to him how quick my emotions rise and how I hate it and it's uncontrollable at times.
I think now he understands.
fir now I think I need to stay safe. I need to put all my triggers away so I can't do anything.
it's scary it really is.
im very much my to have an amazing caring doctor. And of course you guys.
thanks @Jupiter fir email check in.
I'm not sure how I'll cope the next hour.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay ... you have done so well today. I actually see a number of positives there.

1. You saw your GP and you were honest with him. ✔

2. You now are reassured that he has your best interests at heart. ✔

3. Your GP is concerned about you and will be following up with you tomorrow. ✔

4. You have told your husband how things are ... and he is now aware and supportive. ✔

5. You kept yourself safe by calling lifeline. ✔

6. You have a very caring and amazing GP, whom you can talk openly to. ✔

7. You also have your many supporters here who are concerned about you and care very much. ✔

Bluebay you said yesterday that you dont feel that you have made any progress in the past 10-15 years. I see it differently ... I think you are very definitely making progress. I am not saying its easy, because I know this is incredibly hard for you. But so much was hidden before, but now that you are strong enough to cope with it all ... things are slowly coming out. And you are dealing with those things, you are coping. You are so strong, today proves that.

Now ... have you taken your meds? 💕

I'm so glad you have posted and you can see what your life is really and how you have improved @BlueBay

You are a very strong person and in your own life you have a wonderful family

I know - when things are dark it's hard to focus on the good parts - I really understand that - but in truth your family is pretty fantastic

Keep safe tonight - and please keep taking your medication - we care about you here
