not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: @Re: not feeling good

@Shaz51 all those chocolates make me hungry, the horses look to nice to eat, your cake and drink yummy and then your chocolate shoes hmm I'm in heaven with all of them ?

I hope your aches and pains are better than yesterday.

@BlueBay Sorry you haven't been feeling so well, my doctor is like yours everything I have he just says it's from stress as well, which I know it is part of it but not everything is from stress. I'm looking for a new doctor as when I saw him andI ask for blood done and he never Checks my blood pressure, the last time I had that done was in hospital, and if I didn't ask him to do blood test, he wouldn't of done anything but give me scripts for tablets

@Gazza75 I hope things calm down a bit with your work sometimes it takes a while especially awhile there giving you new things t do.

@Molliex @Former-Member and all have a good time night

Re: @Re: not feeling good

Thanks @saturnzoon @Gazza75

I'm tired today. Didn't sleep well. But i still want for my walk. Came home from work to find my d and her partner laying on the couch. Their lunch stuff on the bench.
no cleaning up or even sweeping. I grabbed clothes outside and folded them. They're now out to the shops. I can't stand a dirty floor especially with dog hair. So I swept and vac the carpet.
I'm not cooking dinner. My son is cooking a pasta sauce.
I get so angry because I work (only 4 hrs) and the least she could do is clean. I now can't wait for them to move.
and then they can live however they want. I don't care.

Re: @Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay, well done on going for your walk even though you feel tired. It's really positive that you are keeping it up as much as you can.

I can understand your frustration of your daughter and her partner not having the courtesy to clean up after themselves, they really should have more respect as its them living in your place and not the other way around. Its especially hard when you have worked.

Let's hope they get their own place soon and its not something you need to contend with for much longer.

Try not to let it agitate you too much.

@Gazza75 You know what I just did?
I ate more than I think I should have. And now - I feel terrible.
that walk I did this morning was for no reason because of the food I ate. What a waste of time. 😡

Re: @Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay I know how you feel, my 2 son's don't clean either and as for the kitchen there is not one plates, bowls cups and cutlery that is clean and every time I go to the kitchen I get really angry, no matter how angry I get they just say they wiĺl do it after and my older son is supposed to be my career, and paying half the rent I can't do anything.

I'm hoping that my NDIS will come through so I can go out and do things.

If it doesn't go through then There's nothing I can do, just stay in bed unless I have appointments.
