not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi again @BlueBay

I think your mother just likes being difficult - some people are weird about mobile phones - personally I think they are great - you can answer a text or not - and you can always ring back if a call comes at an inconvenient time.

My mother would catch me on the wrong foot - every time - and my sister does the same thing - I don't have anything to do with her - she is just plain toxic - I have dreams about her too - I always feel uneasy about those.

It's really time your D moved out - I can almost feel it getting under your skin - you need your own space - it was an emergency when she moved in - now she's had some practice with her partner - and you know now - if there is a next time your answer is going to be more deeply considered -

It's okay to put yourself first - I can't make that point more strongly because it's your house and your home and your space and this is where you need to have the authority about what's done when and where and how - I would not be able to share my life with anyone after all these years - I don't want to - I am well and truly entrenched in my own life and understand how edgy having some many people around can make you feel - gotcha back there BlueBay - I do understand

I am surprised that the chance of a death when you have made travel plans can't be insured - is that just Jet Star? I know it's a cheap airline - I used it myself in the past - not now - I will have to ask the next time I travel if having a death occur leaves a person out of pocket. Maybe it's different if someone is in a nursing home but people can't plan a death - not really easy that one - and your MIL has been hanging on for a couple of weeks now - which has to be a major stressor - got that too - wow

So - you will be taking your holiday anyway - I have always said the dead can wait - it will be a relief for you and your husband when the old lady passes - you planned your holiday before all of this and I hope you do go ahead and enjoy yourselves - you deserve it - you have been waiting for a long time

A might be feeling jet-laggy because the clocks went forward at the weekend - I know I am feeling out of sorts generally and always have since it started again in 1971 - I was pregnant with my daughter then and I had my little son - he had trouble adjusting too

I think a lot of people do - esp when we put the clocks forward

My back has been very uncomfortable recently - stress doesn't affect my back - stress gives me bad headaches and I had one of those yesterday -

I'm glad you had a short walk and a coffee after shopping

It's time for me to have lunch -

All the best - this time of your life won't last forever - it will be so much easier when you have your house to yourselves

@Owlunar Yes it's Jetstar.
Gosh I'm really angry tiday. I'm really snappy at my D. She's just put A to bed and they're going out. I'm laying in bed. I feel useless hopeless all those negative words you can find - that's me tiday.
I can't read a certain post because it's causing me grief and affects my ED.
im hopeless.
good they're going out. At least some peace and quiet.
my older son is coming tonight for dinner which will be nice.
I'm a crying mess today.
I need to buy some bottoms bathers so I might go down the street later. Nit sure. Bathers are so expensive.
hi @Gazza75 how's your day?

grrrr I could scream right now.

Re: @Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay ,

Day is going alright. Just finished a meeting earlier which is a bit of a pain/waste of time. I can't complain to much because they do pay to me go through the bullshit. I'm just catching up a little bit here and looking at some stuff on Facebook.

Looking for ways to frame my diamond paintings as they pretty much seem to be non standard in size. Most frames are A2, A3 or A4, they have poster sizes, but, even they don't seem to fit what I need. I'm getting a 2 custom made for ones I am giving to family, but, need an economical way to do some others down the track. At the moment I have them in a big art portfolio thing, but, they seem to slip and slide around and am a bit worried the edges will get damaged.

Could you get away with wearing shorts instead of bathers? They are definitely expensive to buy this time of the year. My relatives always stock up on them when they visit as they are even more expensive in the UK.

I hope your mood improves soon. Sending lots of good vibes your way.

Re: @Re: not feeling good

Thsnks @Gazza75

frames aren't cheap. Especially if they're not standard size. Hope you find something reasonably priced.
I just looked at a swimwear shop online and they have some bathers reduced. I will go tomorrow.
Getting dinner organised early - roast drumsticks with potatoes pumpkin and bock choy. Seasoned everything ready for oven lster.
peace and quiet here is over. My granddaughter A has woken up. Might need another coffee.
chat later.

I'm sorry guys but I need to vent

@Gazza75 @Owlunar @Maggie @MDT @CheerBear @Shaz51 snd others

it's just shits me thst every time my D partner feels anxious or depressed he runs off to his mate. He's just gone to stay the night at he's mates. Why doesn't he take his meds and deal eith his issue. He's been told by his doctor thst he should see a psychologist but oh no he's not going.
he didn't go to work today.
im sorry but I'm getting really pissed off. I'm annoyed at his immaturity. He's a father for goodness sake. He's not a kid. His father treats him like crap. He works for his dad and I think he needs to move away from his dad and wirk for someone else. It's bloody stupid. I'm so sngry. So now my D is eith us alone tonight. It's wrong. I'm stressed.
im not saying they he's bad. He has issues thst need dealing with.

Re: @Re: not feeling good

More hearing you here @BlueBay. I find things like that ultra frustrating at times too especially as I work super hard at my MH stuff as you do. I'm guessing it would be hard for your D that he is like this as well (though I could be wrong) 🙁

Hope it helps to vent a bit ❤
