not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hang in there @BlueBay

I'm sorry you have such a bad night and your mum makes things so hard for you.
Try and get out for a walk or find some space for yourself for a while.

Your holiday isn't too far off now.

Hugs

@BlueBay,

I'm doing alright thanks, trying to get back into work after a long weekend. I'm sorry the weather is no good down there. Its a bit overcast here today, I got a pretty long walk in earlier after dropping my car off at the garage, had to leg it up to the train station. Very heavy dew for some reason this morning and my feet got a bit wet.

Sounds like a good day for coffee 🙂

Re: @Re: not feeling good

Thanks @BlueBay ,

I'm still adjusting to daylight savings, always seems to throw me for a week or two these days. I'll be around most of the day if you need to chat.

Re: @Re: not feeling good

I understand about your mother - I refused to have anything to do with my mother for years on end at times - I get it - mothers can sometimes really get under our skins

But we can't change them - and they do get to us - we want them to be different and that won't happen -

You have enough happening right now - your MIL dying, your holiday - asking yourself if your MIL will die and make it necessary to change your holiday plans - that happens - it is among the things that cause us to take out travel insurance to protect our investment in fares and accommodation when we travel - I always do - I hope you were able to insure your holiday too - this must be on your mind too.

Life is very uncertain - right now - your life is more uncertain than most - with your daughter and her partner moving out - hopefully soon, and your son going overseas - all these things happening at around the same time and I know you get upset with change and uncertainty - I don't like it myself - it's a time when feeling edgy is normal but no fun - that's for sure

The only thing you can do about your mother is to ignore her - refuse to speak to her - it's not up to your D to answer the phone when your mother rings - and she must know you work - why didn't she right your mobile number to ask about your MIL

Try and relax - it is what it is - bloody annoying - I hear you - and my mother could rub me up the wrong way too -

It's not too rainy today - try and take a walk - get away from the fridge anyway - and have a peaceful coffee somewhere

Thinking of you

Dec

I couldn't resist this pic when I found it - I had to share it

Anything for a quiet life

Thsnks @Owlunar

I know my mum could have phoned my mobile. That's what I thought too.
home is chaotic. D and partner home tidsy. I decided to put A in the pram and went fir a walk. It was a quick one as it's windy. Hoping D finds out tiday about approval of property. I hope they get it snd move. I think they are getting to me now.
we couldn't get insurance as having someone in nursing isn't covered. So the plan is if MIL hasn't died we are still going and if she dies while away the funeral parlour will tskr her and keep her there.
even the nursing home suggested nit to cancel holiday as it's only a week awsy.
I went to the supermarket before to buy dinner and had a coffee at local cafe.
A is whinging tidsy from when she woke up. A sook.
Anyway how are you @Owlunar ? How's your back?
