not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: @Re: not feeling good

I’m so over my d. I don’t normly talk bad about my d but I’ve had enough.

I asked her this morning if she could sweep the floor. I just came home snd asked her if she swept. Her reply no.

She has shit everywhere. Clothes everywhere. Is it that hard to clean up. Clean the bathroom. Clean the kitchen. Sweep the floor. His hard is it.

I hope they move out soon.

I just want my house back nice snd clean.

@Owlunar I’m so absorbed with my eating disorder that I’m trying to not think about MIL. I can’t even get my eating right. I’m walking daily for the past month and there’s no show for it.

Thsnks everyone for your support.

I feel like I’ll never get some peace.

Re: @Re: not feeling good

I'm in the same boat @Shaz51 @BlueBay .. The main thing is to stick at it and stay positive. I know when I don't do exercise it catches up with me and I lose energy.

Re: @Re: not feeling good

@saturnzoon, I think you need to get someone in to help you talk to your eldest. He should have more respect for you and his brother. I know you find it diffucult to do so maybe someone can assist and get the point through to him. I You need to draw a line in the sand. I realise some of it might be the youngest son as well, but, they both need to know its not acceptable and what it's doing to you. Its not fair on you. He needs to understand that if it continues to happen then there will be consequences.

I would put some headphones on and try to relax and calm yourself.

Re: @Re: not feeling good

@saturnzoon your 26 year old needs to move out. He is too disruptive living in the house with the 13 year old imho. He appears to cause chaos for you and when you need him like the other day when you fell over he just left you and your 13 year old son. I think getting him to move out will solve alot of probems for you. It will be hard but it will do him good in the end as well. He has outgrown the nest.
