not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

I know you will hold together @BlueBay

I hear you - you feel so stressed out - so overwhelmed - you don't think you can manage but I am sure you will - I understand

Consider this - the old lady's life has lack quality for a long time now and of course - she is a family member and lived with your for most of your married life - so now the time for the end-of-life work to be dealt with - and it all hurts

But coming apart is a real deal for you - and your mind always goes there - that's your BPD talking - we know that

It's the old lady's turn right now - there are times when a death is a blessing and regarding the elderly with dementia it's apt to think of it that way

But I do understand - I do - every event is different -

Re: @Re: not feeling good

I also never cry @BlueBay and I get really quiet and withdrawn when I'm emotional. It doesn't mean I'm not feeling anything. Maybe your husband is the same? Hugs 💕💕

I can’t sleep. It’s 4.30am. Tossed all night. I’m exhausted. I’m crying.

I know my mil is at peace. It’s her time. I really feel for my hubby. He has no parents alive. But he has us - his family.

Damn BPD makes me so much more emotional.

Its strange hiw things happen - the last two days I’ve wanted to end my life snd here we are now eith my mil life is ending. This is the first time I’ve had to say goodbye to someone. I never got yo do thst eith hubbys dad as I was 9 months pregnant and couldn’t see him.

My mental state is very fragile. I’m not sure how I’ll get through this. 😢😢

Re: @Re: not feeling good

There is no need to apologize @BlueBay - your MI makes you over-emotional - it's not something you can help - and it is always hard when someone dies - and parents - actually I think we have to lose one to know how tough it is - that was my experience actually

But fragile - yes - you are but can you ask yourself what you are aftraid of - it's normal for you to be afraid but if you know or at least have an idea then you might be able to cope better with the situation

Maybe it's crying at the funeral - it's okay - we mostly weep a little - sometimes a lot. It's better not to view the body when you are so fragile - Huffnpuff might want to - your kids might surprise you - it's normal to feel vulnerable.

You will be okay - it's not pleasant - there is the great unknown - and yes - the poor old lady is free or about to be free - and all you have so much sorrow about will come to pass and you will find yourself a lot better I think

Sending hugs
