@outlander , really exhausted and feeling low today 😥. I think I might have gotten a cold. I broke down the other day when coming home, living with a mood disorder, anxiety and trauma is hard. I have to pretend to be okay during the day for the kids. I hope you are doing well today 💗

I am safe, but what is it like to feel safe? That question burns in my mind. I feel the safest alone, curled up in bed, even that isn't enough to help me feel fully safe
