@tyme, it’s getting ridiculous, it’s the 6th of August 2023, why is my body feeling uncomfortable like it used to? It keeps happening. I don’t even know what to do. I don’t want to have to deal with this torture, I wouldn’t mind if the earth swallowed me whole and I disappeared. I’m contemplating of giving into SH, I haven’t for a few months. I feel if I don’t I’ll lose my mind and I’ll do something worse, and I do have access to it all

@tyme, I’m not in the past, but I am feeling how I felt in my body when the trauma happened. It keeps happening, I don’t know how to make it stop

It must be so hard to live through it every day. Have you been able to speak to a professional about managing these thoughts?

@tyme, I think it’s just been worse over the past few days, it usually isn’t this bad. I’m not sure what happened to make it like this, I just hope it passes, it’s torture. I have my psych appointment tom, so can talk about the flashbacks then
