Re: so anxious so pent up

I hear how hard it is right now @ArraDreaming . I don't think it's about getting it right. It is what your body is experiencing right now, and it is real.

It's not that you are intentionally trying to be nervous.

Re: so anxious so pent up

It must be so hard to experience this, and for no apparent reason (am I right in saying there was no apparent reason?) @ArraDreaming

Also, logically, I understand that you are pretty much the sole bread winner and need to have a stable income?

Whatever you choose to do, we support you.

Re: so anxious so pent up

You did very well by going today, despite how difficult I could have imagined it would be. @ArraDreaming .

See that as an achievement.

And yes, you were unwell after lunch, and that's okay. You took the afternoon off.

So in between now and next time, maybe you can speak to someone about this anxiety so it doesn't rule your life?

Alternatively, can you think of a reason why the anxiety creeps up when it comes to thinking about work?

Re: so anxious so pent up

I was fine this morning I actually went to work fine even though I was struggling with it last night, normally it’s getting there that’s when it’s the worst, oncd I am there I am ok but i should of just stayed home anyway.

well I have work tomorrow @tyme so can’t fix it before then and got no idea
just always there
