Battling between my head v my physical self

Battling between my head v my physical self

TW SUICIDAL THOUGHTS AND URGES

i have these thoughts and urges all day everyday for the past few years. It has been challenging lately as it’s more intense than usual. To also have paranoia about every little thing that happens is a bad combo… I feel that the voices in my head plus the tv is telling me that it’ll be worth it (acting on the urge and thoughts) how good it’ll be when it happens… I know that’s never the case I know that I’ll feel worse and that will whirlpools into deeper into the idea and urges… my physical self is battling with both state of mind, the unconscious and conscious mind of mine… when these three fights with each other I feel lost as to what I should be doing… I’m taking risk each time and it’s gets higher and higher every time… I reached out to someone the other night under this name, he was helpful but even then I did what I did.. it didn’t stop me from myself and that’s what scares me, how do I stop myself from myself? I need help and I need it now coz all I’m hearing right now is to just get on with it and just let go…

Hey @Misunderstood88 That is a really tough place to be sitting and I very much hear you. I, too, have been in a similar position several times and it was the wonderful people here that sat with me, supported me and helped me through. I know this does not solve all your problems right now but I am here sitting with you through this really difficult time.

Re: Battling between my head v my physical self

Hi there,

There are various things that go against our head, ie natural and manmade frequencies.

When they sound like voices it's because it effects the audio cortex.

**If you disseminate [spread out] these voices as you discern them you will notice that it is garbled nonsense.

**If you disseminate them less as you discern them, then they will seem more solid.

You do shape the things against your head. How we shape the things against our head is our subconscious.

If you practice on disseminating them more, then they will go back to being the garbled nothing they were when you didn't notice them.

However, it takes more of our brain to disseminate them more.

It takes less of our brain to disseminate them less. However they will then seem more solid.

All being said I'm glad I disseminate them less, even though they seem more solid.

Because;

When I have more of my brain to use I sense here is with. And that all really is well with the universe.

Even though the things against my head in my audio cortex is less diseminated and they seem more solid.

Be well my dude *hug*

Thanks @Zoe7! I think that sometimes that’s all we need is to know that someone out there is going thru the same problem as yourself and that by sitting with them and hearing their predicament is enough to make someone less lonely and isolated… I feel like withdrawing from everyone just to clear my head but I know it’s far to great of a risk if I do that… i just don’t know what I need and what would help right now… Ian feeling unsafe and is worried that things will escalate and end up pretty badly

I am more than happy to sit with you and just chat, if that would help right now @Misunderstood88 There are also the crisis services ie. Lifeline or if you feel unsafe 000

I do know sometimes these add to the pressure we feel under and just someone who gets it can help but if it does get to tat point then please call either.

What are some of your interests? I am presently watching the footy and getting cuddles from my fur baby Toby (dog).

@David_888 such great insight... It does make sense for a little bit but it's hard to disseminate when your head is in chaos and that the voices in your head is routy and lous... Then there's the feeling of when I'm watching tv that it talks to me or somehow is telling me to end my own life... So how do you battle that part of your brain? I am slowly losing grip of what's real and what's not right now coz everything seems to be the same even when they're probably not... It's hard to differentiate the two....

@Zoe7 I love doing art works like colouring in with my markers then I love my music and tv shows... I too have a fur baby( it's actually my friends fur baby but I partially is looking after it) my fur baby gives me some relief and joy from whatever is going on within me... She knows when I need a cuddle and distraction from my own head... I'm happy that she's living with me coz I don't know what I'll do if it's not for her... How old is your fur baby and what is its breed?

I love art as well @Misunderstood88 I used to teach art but am now back on a class. I love both though I miss teaching art.

I have a Maltese Shi Tzu - all white. He is 9 now but still acts like a puppy. I also have a squishy face cat. Both her and Toby are good friends and great company - and much like you, they are my little saviours at times. Pets have such a remarkable way of knowing when we need them and keeping our head above water.

@Zoe7 @Their keen senses are always spot on as they come when you need someone and they make you feel less lonely and isolated… they can be a handful at times but I can never stay mad at my furbabycoz she’s cute but a lil wreck it Ralpha in some ways…

Re: Battling between my head v my physical self

hahaha - mine are too @Misunderstood88 My squishy face loves to pounce on Toby and then they chase each other around the house LOL I often cannot believe how quick and low Toby goes as he runs flat out under the dining room chairs chasing squishy face ...but she always wins because se goes high and Toby cannot reach her hahahaha!!!!

My fur babies have saved my life many times so I get how much your (adopted) fur baby means to you 💖

Re: Battling between my head v my physical self

The voices are always against.

Its shaped by how you expect a crap/sad/against thing is going to be said.

That's the subconscious, how you shape the things against you.

So, you can practice with it, 'play' with it almost.

Until you find out how you shape them as it goes against you.

And then... keep shaping them, until it's just garbled again.

Like... drag them out. Disseminate.

--

That's how we used to be. Before we didn't do that any more.

Everyone has this problem but they spend a lot of brain power dragging them out, disseminating them.

There is a pro and a con to having to do this all the time.

But that's what it was like before.

--

As far as the paranoia [the tv], it comes from all the things against our head. That people spend a lot of effort disseminating.

I really like chatting with other people who have these issues. It helps for us to share.

@Zoe7 don't you just love when our fur babies do their zoomies??? I love it when mine does it but always worried of her bumping into the furnitures and hurting herself...

This conversation is making me at ease and happy-ish... Thanks for that @Zoe7
