Broken very broken

Broken very broken

I can see the darkness within and without, the sepia tone weeping through the ever bleakening reality, would that my mind would or could create the world I wish could be real even if that meant being locked in a room for the rest of my days, like it would make a heck of a lot of difference in my life I am already seen as a loser and I don't know like I have some sort of retardation and who knows what else. My chest an open wound my heart crushed against my rib cage weeping through the very structure designed to protect it, my bones compressing under the weight of all the pain, I whats the point

Re: Broken very broken

living in the country (or island) would be so isolating in itself. I havent found small country towns to be particularly caring or accomodating of any sort of difference or problems. It's hard 😞 You do get the beautiful places and open spaces though.

I'm sorry to hear that there are painful things coming up. Is there anything to help, or look forward to?

This town is where I was born and grew up so I know more people here than anywhere, I can also go walkabout here, not that anything helps me at all I just want the pain to go away I don't want to hurt like this anymore

Online we are less constrained by fear we are able to speak and be free because we are in no way trying to protect ourselves nor impress we have nothing to gain and nothing to lose while in person and even via voice communication we are more limited some more than others I am nearly mute.

Re: Broken very broken

have you ever tried lifeline chat or phone? if things are getting really overwhelming or painful it might help?

hoping that you have some support from dr or mental health support people?

I'm glad that you can at least go walkabout where you are. And it sounds sort of comforting to be somwhere that you know the place so well. i've never had a place that i would call 'home'. never stayed anywhere for long enough i guess.

Take care

Re: Broken very broken

@Redraw. Do you find peaceful moments when you are walking?
What do you find painful about the New Year or your birthday? And are there ways to reduce that pain?
