The thought of going to work makes me anxious
the Night before and the day of.
leaving for work is like torture.
but then so is going anywhere else, and then arriving home at the end of the day, I feel anxious.
being in my home is sometimes too overwhelming for me too
why am I like this now

i get frustrated and overstimulated and anxious but I would never do anything to harm them @Zoe7

I have no doubt in that @ArraDreaming I have seen both sides of you here and one thing that has stood out is that when you get stressed or am not coping, then you can get angry ...but most of that anger is directed towards yourself. It is a hard thing to be feeling and I really feel for you. Put anxiety on top of that and it really is a difficult position to be in. We really are here for you so talk about whatever you need to.
