I think too that it affects your relationships because you think you are going to be rejected again

Yeah for sure Shaz, it can have ripples across our lives that continue to impact us, even when we know in our hearts it's not the case.

But when is enough ?

When do we halt comparing each other childhood wounds ?

When do we seek and give empathy ? When do we put it behind us ?

When does the ripples change ?

@Shaz51 women tend to marry him similar to their father. To change the story.

Mr Shaz is not mentally emotionally psychologically or physically abusive.

Therefore you must have done a LOT of work on yourself to stop the pattern of abuse.

What did you do to help yourself?
