Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Ugh I feel like a burden on everyone, everyone doesn’t want to know me, mum doesn’t even want me at hers because I was going to go there to see my brother but I guess not now…. @Glisten
