Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

@Jynx - I feel like a burden and a mistake tonight 😭😭it’s not an easy feeling to sit with, my anxiety is sky high, nobody will support me. I’m just at a loss. Apparently I’m a too hard case and that I don’t cooperate.

It can be difficult to 'cooperate' if you're not feeling safe with the support @Fluttershy1 - do you think that's part of it?
You aren't a burden hun, you're a person who is worthy and deserving of support, kindness and compassion!
