Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Sorry to hear that you had no luck with your Dad and that he made you feel bad. Music in the shower is a great idea. Showering is one of my coping tools too. It’s my thinking place. I hope things improve for you today!

@Fluttershy1 You’re not a screw up.
Friend of mine wanted me to go the concert. I was like sorry I got other priorities, like paying a lawyer.
I rather fly interstate to see relatives in Melbourne or Newcastle or Brisbane who I love dearly, than go to a concert.
My own home would be nice or a Bridging Diploma for a new career.

@Glisten - I’ve always wanted to see Coldplay live, I love listening to music seeing artists live, bunnies etc
