Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

I’m going to listen to music in the shower @Oaktree - maybe have a cry in the shower aswell. Might attempt to go Christmas shopping.

Yeh, @Zoe7 - I’m scared today, my dad has tried to call me but I’m scared to answer it because I’m asking to borrow money.

I had to do the same with my Mum yesterday @Fluttershy1 If you need it then answer - once it is done you can stop stressing.

Sometimes we just have to deal with those things to help ourselves @Fluttershy1 If you are short on money and Dad is the only option then this may be one of those times. I always hate asking my Mum also but once I get through it, I am less stressed.

He said no @Zoe7 - he literally told me I shouldn’t be spending my money on Coldplay tickets and all of that. Ugh I am just a screw up.

Hiding is not going to acomplish anything @Fluttershy1 Times like these we need to find something we enjoy to get through. What can you do today to help? Is there anyone else you could ask for a short term loan?
