Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

There’s a lot on my mind @outlander @Shaz51 - but I will say I’m not happy that my bunnies just chewed through my internet cable. So gotta buy a new cable.
My MH has been going downhill, I’m shutting everyone out, family are putting me on edge and telling me what I can and can’t do, my health is declining so I’m in the middle of heaps of tests as it relates to my heart.
sacked my support coordinator for NDIS as she was extremely rude and very judgemental.
had to take one of my bunnies to the vet and that was $270 dollars as it turned out she had a ear infection and it was quite serve. It’s just full on

I do have a puppy pen @outlander - I’ve been putting boundaries in but sometimes they don’t work.

I'm sorry to hear of your stress.
I have found that letting myself get caught up in a movie helps when I am overwhelm. Well...sometimes.
I actually wish I had a computer game these days. Something like Mario brothers and sonic the hedgehog. I remember trying these games decades ago, and they were so much fun.!
