Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

@Jynx - have tried everything but nothing is working, I’m struggling abit today. I feel numb and alone, can’t work because of my migraine and being bitten by a cat at work.

Oh wow @Fluttershy1 yeah that's quite a day. Have you gotten proper medical treatment/at least used antiseptic? Cats can carry all sorts of diseases.

Oh phew @Fluttershy1 glad it's all taken care of. My kitty is doing well, she's fully grown now and has chilled out a lot.
It can definitely be hard to hold on hey, but you're doing well, and reaching out, and I know you will be able to make it through 😉
