Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Ugh everything is my fault, maybe I shouldn’t say anything on here without being yelled at, I’m done. I have had a bad day and now this, flashbacks won’t go. It’s all too overwhelming.
I NEED TO SHUT EVERYONE OUT AND ISOLATE MYSELF.
Im sorry if I have upset anybody but I am not doing great mentally and my physical health isn’t good either.
I’m on edge, feeling overwhelmed and wanting to shut everyone out, I try to open up and then I get told to shut up on here.
