Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

Done them in the past @tyme - I’ve got my teddy and watching Netflix while trying to calm down. Could you please email me as I don’t feel comfortable sharing here it’s about another forum user
