Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

@Shaz51 @Kyle1 - feeling low, my mental health has dropped again and I don’t know how I keep managing it when it’s up and down and constantly dropping, it’s overwhelming.
I feel not good enough, mistake, failure, let down, a bad friend. Etc.

It’s hard fighting negative thoughts as well, including flashbacks etc. @Kyle1 - I can confirm though I am safe
