I won't analyse all the strengths you have shown. I think I get the sense you know you are highly attuned human. You do have strength tho Gillies1. It's written in every word here. Intellectual awareness.

Whatever has happened - IT IS WRONG. You have done nothing wrong. It was out of your control. You have been doing EVERYTHING in your power to keep sh*t above water.

I don't know why these monsters want to push us beyond our limits.

Leave us scrambled & desperate. No alternative but to have cold shower , while fully dressed.

This sh*t has gone far enough.

We are... only humans.

Small, fragile, sensitive creatures.

All we want is love, caring, a reliable source that we can always fall back on when times are too much.

I have broken things in the past. Next day felt bad about it. That's my only advice - breaking things is GOOD!!! You got your aggression, rage, incomprehensible pain out. Part of it. You know they have places you can pay to break plates & vases etc. Sounds great to me.

But, yes, the mess - now it's like being scorned yet again. To have to clean up the mess you made ..... - EXCEPT you didn't. And you know that. I know you do.

There's love There's people who do care. There's just crap too.

My support worker was great. My friend was great tonight. People on here have been great. You can't see the whole world in the actions of a a few blind idiots.

They can just have a huge impact sometimes.

I probably shouldn't have said that. Honesty can go too far sometimes but I don't have a filter tonight.

Take care don't loose faith in people.
