Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I don’t know where the anger has come from but it’s not pleasant @Birdofparadise8

I called my boss and said the ladder in my truck wouldn’t go down and that I needed to go to the bathroom. He laughed and told me to wait 2 hrs until crib! Needless to say I wasn’t happy!

Another guy was on the run with me and just didn’t get it. He stuffed up the end of shift. Which stitched me up, and it’s the third time he has done it to me. When he asked me what was wrong, I absolutely lost my sh*t at him. Everyone that was around went silent. They haven’t seen me loose it before!

It wasn’t right for me to do that. I don’t know if it’s the medication or if it’s this painful depressive episode. However it’s not an excuse.

I have some exciting news I passed my anatomy unit so just waiting on my chemistry results and then hopefully all good to go for La Trobe Uni.

@Captain24 I feel you. I’ve been angrier than normal too, sometimes it can be hard to control a meltdown. We are human at the end of the day. Don’t be too hard on yourself.
