Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Definitely when the business of the day has settled and everyone is in bed it's those 'quiet hours' that can be the most difficult @Birdofparadise8 That's where I had to learn how to sit with discomfort and trust it would pass. Distract with a good show until I was so tired I just had to sleep. Are you watching anything good?

@Birdofparadise8 I know this is a bit different. But I’ve gone to uni, felt okayish, or at least less depressed. Then came home, had flashbacks and felt very depressed. Maybe it’s just that sometimes we try to distance ourselves from the pain when we are out and around people. I think it’s totally normal. What do you have planned for tonight? You deserve all the love and care you need ❤️
