Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Yeah, it can be, but he doesn't assault them sexually he does worse things. You would have to watch it to know what I mean.

You should have a look and if you don't like it just stop watching it @tyme.

LOl... try and sleep @Birdofparadise8 ? I've been running on this 'high' because there's so much I want to do so I find it hard to unwind at night. I haven't slept properly in a few nights, but I'm not too fussed about that because I sort of don't want to sleep... as I said, I feel like there's so much I want to be doing right now...

Maybe I need to a trip to the dr to now taper my anti-depressants lol. My last taper was about 2 years ago... that's how slowly I do it.

funny you mention tapering off antidepressants I've also started that today and will be going down a *little [edited by mod to remove quantity] once a week till I am off it or see a psychiatrist to try something else.
