Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

OMG my dad just sent me a photo of a letter he found from my psych and is has information about everything self-harm and suicidal thoughts. He only knows about the depression, not all that @Kyle1 @Jynx @creative_writer.

What am I supposed to do now.

Yeah but that is very hard I have never been able to talk about that stuff with my mum and dad. Though my mum knows I felt a little more comfortable talking to her I was mostly made to in the situation.

I feel sick the moment the text came through my anxiety has gone through the roof. @Kyle1

'I took your car for a drive today to give it a run. I went to clean it out and found this letter in the glove box. Do you need it or will I throw it out? I don't want mum to see it.

You're engaging in your studies, still. You're not isolating. You actually went to the festival today! And You're taking meds, keeping intouch with support networks...

I know it doesn't seem like it, but at the moment you are doing what you can.
