Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

@Birdofparadise8, it is. Over time it becomes easier, but healing is strange. You get better than sometimes worse.

@Bow, maybe I’m too caught up in my head. Realistically, dropping one unit probably won’t do anything to how long it’ll take me to finish my course. I’ll just need to do an extra one next year during the first sem. At this rate it’s probably going to take an extra year to finish anyways. People tell me I’m still young and can achieve things. I’m starting to feel ancient, though technically, I’m still in the young adult category.
