Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Sounds like it’s not a good day all round. @Birdofparadise8 @creative_writer. I did ring my nurse this morning and told her everything that has happened in the last week. Which was really hard but I think she needed to know.

Im at the beach for the last time before we go home so it’s helping clear my head.

Hope you both feel better soon.

Yeah maybe not doing well at all @Jynx.

Im currently out and going to be having dinner with my uncle and aunt so at least I’ll have some company for a little bit before I go back to my room and continue crying lol.

I’be literally been like it all afternoon but oh well.

By the way how are you going?

I'm doing alright, have been riding some real rollercoasters of late - just celebrated my birthday and got lots of love from friends, but also had some unexpected changes in my life and it's brought up some old anxieties, which have been so fun to manage 😒

I am overall doing okay though, thanks for asking 💜

Hi @Jynx, happy birthday 💖. I hope the anxieties ease up.

I’m in class right now, just on a break. We finished a test. I had an appointment today with my peer support worker, we spoke about something that hit a bit close. , I think I’m doing a bit better, but it’s hard.
