Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

@Birdofparadise8, believe me when I say this, getting the help I needed has reduced my suicidality and SH. I still get thoughts, and I still get trapped in my thoughts, but I’m doing the hard work of slowly processing so sometimes things flare up a bit but it’s more manageable than last year.

I’ve never been in a relationship. I’m just feeling heartbroken over trauma right now.

@Birdofparadise8, maybe it depends from hospital to hospital. I’m sorry you’ve been waiting 2 hours, I don’t think it took me that long to receive a call. Who referred you to the mental health triage?

I am waiting for a call from the St V triage to see what option is best and if they think I should go to the ED I will on Saturday with my aunt.

Wouldn't say today has been that great.

@Birdofparadise8 , I think you should give that number I gave you yesterday a call. They are triage. I somehow don't think they will give you a call.

Oh okay, I don't fall into their catchment only for st vincents @tyme. St vincents has a psych triage.

@tyme, I’m glade you’re doing well, at least one of us is having a decent day.

@Birdofparadise8, I’m a bit concerned for you since it’s taking so long. Did your aunt refer you? When I got referred by my psych, they called back, I feel like they called within an hour. I’ve never even been on hold for that long when calling up a triage.
