Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Ah okay well I hope you will be able to enjoy some part of it.

The negative is literally all I can see the depression is clouding me over. I don’t think I have any light in me I can’t keep going like this @Captain24

Thanks @creative_writer. I’m sitting at the beach in my own which is so nice. My head is still in a really bad place though. I had a really rough night a couple of nights ago and I’m really struggling to come back from it. All I can say is I still wish it happened

I really hope that you are doing better today.

Not very well at all I am waiting for the st v to call me back for a triage because my aunt agreed going to the ED would be good.
