Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I cried all the time for a LONG time. Now, I hardly cry at all.

It's okay to cry.

The more you tell you mind that it's not okay to cry, the more you will feel like you have 'failed' or done something 'wrong'. Allow the crying to come. Allow the crying to go.

Maybe means I've got to be compassionate towards myself.

Not necessarily more just the SH I really need that relief but I just can't get it any other way and don't want to feel guilty for doing it. @tyme

Do you have your uni room to yourself? Or is ti shared? I've never been in uni accomodation, so I don't know what it is life.... shared kitchen? @Birdofparadise8

I have my own room, but shared bathroom with the floor and shared kitchen with everyone in the building @tyme

Hrm... shared kitchen with EVERYONE in the building! How do you feel about that?

Is this uni accomodation for the duration of your uni course? Or is it just to get you started?

I'm hopping off shortly, but I want you to know you are doing an incredible job.

As long as I can get a chance to use it I’m happy. Jus for this year then I can move into a 2, 3, or 4 bedroom apartment with some other residents or move out completely off campus @tyme
