How can I ever get better if I can't go a day without crying? I don't think I will be able to cope with being alone at night like I am. I just really want to SH the urge is so strong I am not sure I can fight it @tyme

The logical mind says:

- Look have far you have come.

- You have a chance to be independent and navigate your own recovery journey.

- You have many supports around you, but only you can do the hard work.

- You deserve it.

- You have a loving family who cares very much for you.

- You've done this before, you can do it again.

- This is just the emotional brain driving these thoughts.
