Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

My tip for tonight is to remember your superhero pose before you leave your room! Hold all your muscles strong in the pose, like in ballet. @Birdofparadise8. It will give you a lift.

As you’re walking past people smile, nod or say hello! Just simple. Most people will respond. It’s a start. It could be a lot of fun!

Take comfort in know that there will be others feeling as anxious as you!

I want to hear all about it and how strong you were for going!

Oh yeah, I forgot about the pose I will defiantly do that before I go.

I have seen a lot of people already in groups so I am not sure how many are on there own but I guess I will find out @Captain24
