Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Yep very satisfying @tyme I like to lay on it with a bare back and throw a blanket on. Nearly fall asleep.

So true @Bow . I can't move once I'm on it though because of the pain lol!

But yes, I really find it is more satisfying than self harm.

Yeah it’s there just says no one is available and I’ve been refreshing for like an hour @tyme

Dont you just hate it when you want to talk to someone and you just can’t get through like I’m happy to wait and all it just sucks a bit.

@Birdofparadise8, I feel you on that one. My parents want to know who I am calling, it can be a bit annoying. If I say a helpline, I am afraid of how they would react.
