Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Well, did I tell you my procrastination dwindled away @Birdofparadise8 ? I had 12 tasks to complete and I have now completed 8. I have 4 to go. So I'm pretty stoked about that 🙂

It really helps when I push myself to do something. Once I do it, the feeling is so great.

Are you working tomorrow?

That’s so good you’ve got them done. That feeling you get when you finally finish something is so good.

No I don’t tomorrow I will have a chat with my aunt in the morning, read my book, go for a walk and I’m not sure what else I’ll get up to @tyme.

She has been very nice helping me with my depression. She actually works at SANE as a counsellor. She noticed I was struggling when she came down in September I think and she asked me if I’ve been okay and we just started talking and she has been great ever since. @tyme

Do you know what my psychologist said to me today? There's a job for an auntie that no parent can do @Birdofparadise8 .

I was telling him how difficult and high maintenance my niece is. So he said that I may be the one that will help her through her emotional upheavals.... (my niece is super emotional and I'm worried she may turn out to be hypersensitive like me)
