Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

That makes total sense. @tyme. Yes I’m devastated now but it is time. I’ll be sad when it happens but yes we will have everything else to focus on. Plus I have to be strong for mum and my grandfather. They are going to need my support the most.

I might contact my nurse tomorrow and see if we can meet up a day or two after the funeral.

Im now even more grateful for the GS. Thank you.. I didn’t know that there was a grief line.

@Captain24, I’ve heard griefline is pretty good too. I haven’t ever used it but someone once told me it was really good. Remember you are NOT alone. We will always be here for you too. You don’t have to go through this alone. ♥️🫂♥️

MIL -- Mother in law @Birdofparadise8 and we did her floors for her as she is 88 now

Like to take a antihistamine but I think I better ask the doctor first because of my kidney disease

" that my family are crazy but they will ring and drop in to say hello and will say happy birthday to him "

@Birdofparadise8 I struggle with self love too. Its hard to fight SI when you feel so insignificant and unimportant, even if people tell you otherwise.

@Shaz51, always good to check with a doctor. I am allergic to dust and pollen, I really hate it. I can’t dust things without itchy hands.

Yes definitely I would check if you take medication for that even the pharmacist might help. My mum called them yesterday about my pain meds after surgery and went through what I could and couldn’t take. Especially if you can’t get into your GP if it’s anything like Hobart you’ve got to book months ahead.

@Birdofparadise8 , sorry I didn't answer your question before. Tonight, I'm just doing a bit of research into services for youth at risk in different states in Australia.

I find in amazing that we are ONE country, yet each state has such different systems - including MH! (as you would know with moving to Vic!)
