Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Don’t apologise @Captain24 it’s okay I’m here to talk if you like I’m really sorry to hear you struggling I just want to make sure your safe for tonight and I’m sure the others on here to would like that. Mental health is really hard today I’m alright but tomorrow might be a different story as I’m home but I’m right now I’m here for you okay. Please take care I just don’t want anything to happen to you @Captain24.

Yeah I don’t really sleep in the day I don’t know why but I’ll just rest on the couch and hope I fall asleep if I need to.

I actually watched today the rise of gru which was a good laugh. I have a couple episodes of young Sheldon but other then that not much. Do you have any suggestions @amber22?

It was 35 here today so I went for a walk and was caught in a massive thunder storm @Birdofparadise8 ! Gotta love Qld weather!
