Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

@Captain24, you are irreplaceable. Maybe your story has many dark chapters, but it is what gave you superpowers. You have so much to offer to others, you have the potential to change many people’s lives. You certainly made a difference to my life. I would be very sad without you. Sending you hugs ♥️

❤️ I see @Birdofparadise8 what kind of things have you learnt to help with the rumination?

I've knitted so many things! Lots of jumpers, cute tops, hats. I often try to replicate cute things I see IRL. But yeah, mostly clothes

@Birdofparadise8 have you been up to much.

I am trying to give people hope. I am constantly second guessing myself. People think I am innocent and naive, that I don’t understand things. It makes me feel like I have to be on guard, analyse people till I am blue in the face because it means I’m easily exploited. Don’t know why I can’t stop second guessing and not give myself hope. But I suppose I technically try to do it through my imaginary friend. I still haven’t named him. I’m stuck for names.

I might be spiralling, but I’ll try my best to stay safe over then next few days.

In all seriousness I try and watch tv, read or go for a walk but exercise isn’t on the cards for a few days lol @Former-Member

No just resting after my surgery I’m very sore and swollen lol.

What is it like having an imaginary friend I haven’t had one since I was a child. May I ask how that helps you if you don’t mind?

I think you give a lot of hope @creative_writer. I’ve loved getting to know you and your story and becoming friends.

I’m sorry you second guess yourself I know I do it too it can be hard to stop.
