Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Yes some days affect me more than other days

I have applied for DSP and had a final phone call which suppose to be the final step

But no yes or no yet for the DSP

Both of your dinners sound lovely @Birdofparadise8 and @Shaz51. I was in the car and getting car sick so couldn’t use my phone. Just waiting for dinner right now. We are eating out. I’m just getting spring rolls.

Tw SI and Trauma

So things have been really hard, about trauma experiences. I feel like I opened up too much about things. So my world has been upside down. I felt the SI creeping up again, like I even started thinking of ways, though it’s a bit better and I am safe. But I feel so angry and hurt by how my life turned out. Like those things shouldn’t have happened to me.

I am sorry to bring this up. I have just found out that my pop wants to have a family meeting about my gran as she has to have another surgery, and I think she will need to go into a nursing home after it took her a long time to recover and went into ICU last time. My mum is about to go see the family I am really worried now @tyme @Shaz51 @creative_writer. This has just changed everything.

surgery in old age is very tricky

I was my mum's carer last year until she had a fall and broke her hip , she is 91

Mum's medical team assessed her and her house and said she needed more assistance and the house was not suitable xxx

Yeah, thank you, @Shaz51. I think my mum and her brothers and sister are going to have a meeting with my pop to discuss whether she should have the surgery or not, as there are risks for both from what happened last time and from what little information I have it sounds like the doctor said it will take a long time to heal.

Mmm, I am not sure she will this time, she may end up in a nursing home, and now with me leaving it makes things worse, especially since we have such a close relationship @creative_writer

We are here with you @Birdofparadise8 - certainly sounds tough right now. @Shaz51 has had her fair share of waiting, praying and hoping.

As hard as it is right now, take a deep breath. At this time, i don't think worrying will change what will happen. Hence (without sounding harsh), please take care of yourself right now. We are sitting with you.
