Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I enjoy cooking, but bot cleaning and not eating my own food @creative_writer - hence, I don't think there's much point in my cooking!

@tyme my cooking skills are lacking, at least compared to my mum. Cooking wise, I wouldn’t say I love it, I do enjoy it, i stick to simple.

Yeah, I don't think actually cooking is the issue. @Birdofparadise8 . More like a can't be bothered. If I had to, I would.

When you live alone, you have to eat a week's worth of everything you cook or it goes into the bin... that's why I stopped cooking.

@tyme and @Birdofparadise8 a tip, if you live alone and cook your food, freezing it is always an option.
