Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I was hoping to sleep in this morning, but next door thought it was a good idea to get concrete laid at 7:00 AM. Don't you hate it when someone wakes you up?

I had a fantastic sleep @Birdofparadise8. I didn’t wake up like an older person with a sore back. I love the new mattress I got yesterday!

Im lucky most of my neighbours are pretty quiet. Plus I’m in a new estate so most of the work has already be done.

Im feeling a little flat but after such a big day yesterday it’s to be expected. But I’ve got music playing and doing my housework. I know I can pull myself back up. I did plan for it

Sorry to hear your flat I’m sure you will bounce back once you have got your tasks done.

They usually are fine it was just annoying as I went to bed late.

Yep I’ve picked up @Birdofparadise8. Then I just got into contact with a friend from 13 yrs ago so that has lifted me quite a lot.
