Not Coping

Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Thank you

Re: Tw Not Coping

Yes, I took it off my VTAC application. I have already got my accommodation sorted out and enrolled and got my timetable.

Okay, that sounds interesting, so how is it a step up or down the hospital? Could it be for acute patients or not so acute but not safe enough to be on their type of thing?

That is always good to know.

I think that would be a challenging job, but you need to know what your capacity is @tyme.

Re: Tw Not Coping

It's just not the right time for me to look at that work now. I love the work here at SANE lol @Birdofparadise8 .

It is step up because some people to to PARCs as a way to prevent going into hospital. However, if they do become more acute during PARCs, they will be sent to hospital

It is step down for those who are well enough to be out of hospital, but not yet well enough to go home. It gives them a bit more time to recover in a must less restrictive environment.

Hope that makes sense.

Re: Tw Not Coping

Just looked it up - PARCs is totally accessible even if you are in Melb city. @Birdofparadise8

You will definitely get a lot more support in Melb

Re: Tw Not Coping

Yeah, the community thing I found looks good, and it doesn't cost anything, so that is good @tyme this is the website it looks good.

Re: Tw Not Coping

I've had that thrown at me before too @Birdofparadise8 . I was told my a Melb Clinic that I was too acute for their services.

THat is because they do not understand BPD

Re: Tw Not Coping

Very annoying I might say, but hopefully, this community clinic will be able to help.

It's nearly 10 pm so I bet you're getting ready to log off.

I have really enjoyed chatting tonight, and I hope you have a good rest of your evening are you going to do anything now @tyme

Re: Tw Not Coping

Once you get that holistic all round support, it'll help so much @Birdofparadise8 . I'm so glad you have allowed me to take this journey with you. It means so much to me.

I believe in you. This difficult part of your journey will not stay this way for ever - trust me 🙂

See you on the weekend sometime.
