Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I hope you get some good results from the MRI and sleep study. And that you find a course online that's free.

Any news on the job front? The prime minister claims that there are more jobs out there but I disagree. Mind you the government always tries to put a positive spin on things.

I am so proud of you my darling girl. Everything you've been through and still go through, you're a strong woman and even if I don't get to chat as much now you're always in my thoughts.

Your beef ragu sounds delicious, I hope you enjoy it. Are you having dessert as well?

I got home early tonight so I still have time to chat with you 🤗🥰
