Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

You don’t have to be sorry, not at all @Birdofparadise8 do you ever have a conversation with someone in real life and they kind of give you short answers and maybe they don’t really say much, you get the feeling something is up that’s why I asked, @Birdofparadise8

Yes, that does make sense. I would be worried as well.

Oh, it's just depression stuff, feeling sad and lonely, but I'm trying to keep myself distracted to help.

I have the footy on as well.

not too long sometimes better nights then others she feeds to sleep and then gets put in her bed @Birdofparadise8 generally once she’s in bed will sleep for a bit of long stint and then after that will wake up a few times in the night
