Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

It's an online quiz with 60 multiple choice answer questions I get 2 hours due to my accessabilty plan so that's good. I can try hard to first go through the questions and answer them all and then go back through with my notes and see if I've messed any up and changed them or if I don't know them.

My one on Friday is in person I get an hour for 40 multiple choice questions and I'm in a room with the unit convenor very scary lol @Blackbird11

Dumb me and he is very smart.

I'm just about to go see the older person now I have to do a rat test and sign in.

Sometimes I need a reality check hahaha.

What are you having for dinner? I have honey soy chicken legs with fried rice I made the other day and put in the freezer.

I've just returned from seeing the older person with a detour to Coles and the chemist. I'm back home now about to heat up the food and do a bit more study, and then I'll relax. @Blackbird11
