Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I didn’t go for a ride no but I put some headphones with some music on and that helped it, it’s like just a pile of lots of things in my brain that made me stressed and when that happens everything is amplified…. that’s why the headphones help
I don’t work today cause the holiday and u have been kinda lucky cause I not work Wed - fri so I have had an extra extra long weekend and then only work 2 days again this week
We are going on a holiday soon it’s very exciting

I went in 2019 with my parents in July and it was hot.
I wish you good luck for the heat.
I also hope the flying goes okay with your daughter.
