they no how im feeling right now. Why do they always do it at the worst times. One day it was at work in the middle of my shift I was on my lunch break and then I got an email.
I bet they did it on a Friday at 6 so they don’t have to reply. Ahh I’m so mad, sad, angry, upset, hurt, I feel rejected. They are supposed to be supportive not not supportive.
I feel like I’m going to break once my parents leave. I’m so scared. im safe though my parents will be back tomorrow so nothing can happen.

@Birdofparadise8 is there anything you can do to try and calm yourself down? Do you have medication or any exercises that you can use to help you?
If they emailed you at 6pm does that mean they are there outside of business hours?
They definitely need to know the affect this has had on you and they need to work out a better way to interact with you.

I know you won't say anything to them that might cause them to extend the ban or not answer but having to wait for an answer is so bloody difficult

@Birdofparadise8 I'm glad you're feeling a little bit calmer now and I do hope you get a response to your email. Even chatting about other stuff with your parents will have helped with your tension and stress. For me if I have someone to talk to and we talk about something else that helps.

I haven't had dinner yet, I just have to cook pasta and reheat the sauce for spaghetti, which I'll do in a little while.

Do you parents stay at an air bnb while they are in Melb or with family? When are they going back to Tas?
